Margarita – Colectivo de Arte is a gallery, art shop and workshop studio in Porto Cristo, bringing local and international artists together under one roof.

Gallery, Shop and Studio in One

Colectivo de Arte combines three things: a gallery featuring paintings and photography, an art shop stocked with souvenirs, ceramics and postcards, and an active studio where workshops take place. The shop is the perfect place to pick up handcrafted mementos from Porto Cristo — from postcards with artistic views of the town to beautifully made ceramics. The gallery itself showcases works by several artists across a range of styles, including striking photography and paintings.

Workshops for Beginners and the Curious

A particular focus here is on guided workshops. On offer are, among others, a watercolour class on an alpaca farm, fan painting, a wine-and-art evening, pictures in a vintage style, and a photography course. The courses are expressly open to complete beginners — Christiane guides participants with patience and practical tips, while Marcos leads the photography course and reviews the shots taken together with participants on screen. The studio also accepts commissions: paintings are created individually to your personal brief.
