Homemade bakes from their own kitchen

Everything at Miss Fleur is made in-house: croissants — the almond-filled variety in particular draws consistent praise — cakes, meringues, cinnamon rolls and a range of other pastries come fresh from their own production every day. Bread and savoury bites such as filled rolls and puff-pastry snacks are also made on the premises, as is the ice cream. For special occasions, Miss Fleur takes orders for cakes and gateaux. Vegetarian options are available.

Breakfast and a proper coffee break

The breakfast selection is varied and satisfying: bread from the in-house bakery, toast, cold meats, cheese, jam, orange juice and muesli form the backbone of the menu, complemented by coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Come summer, the homemade ice cream becomes a destination in its own right.

Miss Fleur is located at Carretera de Gaspar Sabater 8 in the Nord district of Palma, directly opposite the Parc de Ses Fonts, with a terrace overlooking the park. Parking immediately nearby can be tricky to come by.

The café has a calm, cosy and well-kept feel. The park-side terrace makes for a pleasant spot to take a break away from the busier tourist areas. The cleanliness of the premises — including the toilets — is particularly well regarded.
