Munay is a multi-faceted wellness centre in Palma that brings together a herbal shop, several therapy rooms and a co-working space all under one roof.

What's on offer: herbal shop, therapies and yoga

Munay blends a traditional herbolario with a wide-ranging programme of holistic therapies and classes. The herbal shop stocks products suitable for children, too, and has a cosy corner where you can sit down with a tea or coffee. Therapies on offer include massages — among them Thai massage, Ayurvedic massage and lymphatic drainage — as well as Reiki and Yoga Nidra sessions. Andulation therapy beds are also available. Yoga classes take place in small groups in a dedicated room, and the programme is rounded out with meditation sessions, workshops and further holistic treatments.
