Nomadico Mallorca is a coliving guesthouse in the Mallorcan mountain village of Búger, bringing together people who work remotely in a shared home at the heart of the island.

Coliving at the Heart of the Island

The Nomadico concept is designed for digital nomads who want to combine work with a real sense of community. The spacious house offers dedicated areas for focused working as well as spaces to unwind and cook together. Fast internet is a given, and there are community activities on almost a daily basis that give your stay a depth well beyond simply having somewhere to sleep.

House, Garden & Animals

The finca sits within a generous garden with a pool. Peacocks and other animals roam the grounds, giving the property its own distinct character. Several outdoor areas invite you to work in the fresh air, practise yoga, or simply take it easy. The beds are notably comfortable, too.

Community & Team

Esteve and Ana run the guesthouse, supported by a rotating cast of community managers — including Malú, Laura and Faith — who coordinate the shared activities programme and make sure guests actually get to know one another. The hosts also cook traditional Mallorcan food for the community.

Location in Búger

The house sits on a plot in Búger, a small village in the island's interior, surrounded by mountains and open countryside. The central position on the island puts a huge range of destinations within 45 minutes. A hire car is recommended, as Búger is a quiet, off-the-beaten-track kind of place.
