Nostromo Charter Mallorca is a skippered boat hire based in Palma, offering day trips, multi-day voyages and sunset cruises aboard the classic motor yacht Nostromo I.

The Boat

Nostromo I is a Grand Banks 42 Classic, built in 1975 in Singapore. The wooden vessel measures 12.90 metres in length and 4.40 metres in beam, powered by two John Deere engines of 140 hp each, giving a cruising speed of 8.5 knots. On board you'll find two cabins with en-suite bathrooms and a bright saloon with 360-degree views at deck level. There are two helm stations — one on the fly bridge and one in the saloon.

Tours & Experiences

Captain Salvador — known as Salva — takes groups to coves accessible only by sea, including Portals Vells and Es Trenc. Chilled drinks are included as standard, and Salva prepares food on board — think tapas and freshly made paella. As well as day trips, multi-day charters of several days and nights are available. A stand-up paddleboard is also on hand for guests to use.

The charter is based on Avinguda de Gabriel Roca in Palma, right on the waterfront. Bookings are made directly with the captain by phone or email.
