Nova Gym wears its old-school character with pride. The equipment is from an earlier generation but is fully functional and covers the full spectrum of serious strength training. Multiple squat racks, barbells, a deadlift platform with a deadlift jack, cable towers, dumbbells and resistance machines are all available — more than enough for beginners and seasoned athletes alike. The gym spans several rooms, including two additional training areas. Guided classes such as boxing, Zumba, spinning, TRX and yoga are also on offer.

Access & Entry

Monthly members receive a transponder chip that allows entry without a member of staff present, making it easy to train independently for the vast majority of the day. Day-pass holders, however, need the owner to be on site. Regular members find the access system particularly convenient.
