Oq Service Course is a cycling hub in Pollença bringing together bike hire, a workshop, guided rides, cycling kit and sports massages all under one roof.

Oq Service Course covers everything a cyclist could need: bike hire, workshop servicing, cycling kit, guided group rides and sports massages. The bikes — including road bikes built for challenging mountain routes — are well maintained and ready to ride. The shop also stocks jerseys and base layers in its own designs, all available to buy. Trading since February 2017, it's a welcoming base for riders of every ability.

Workshop & Mechanics

The workshop is set up for swift turnarounds: mechanic Pep will collect your bike, sort the problem and bring it back to you. A Canyon seatpost issue took the team just twenty minutes to resolve. Bikes that arrive damaged from transit are quickly replaced or repaired, and the crew are brand-agnostic with broad experience across all types of bikes.

Guided Rides

Guided rides wind along quiet back roads through the north of the island, passing small villages with sweeping mountain backdrops. Tour guide Rob Peddles leads small groups — no more than five riders at a time — and regularly uncovers new routes even for guests who know the area well. One itinerary takes in the local velodrome.

Sports Massages & Physiotherapy

Ottilie provides sports massages and physiotherapy treatments. Riders dealing with hip and leg complaints report real improvement after a course of sessions. The approach is hands-on and tailored to the individual, and acute travel injuries are also taken on at short notice.

The shop sits at Carrer del Metge Llopis 9 in Port de Pollença, a short walk from the beach — a handy launchpad for day rides into the mountains of the north.
