The stars of the show are the cinnamon buns and cardamom rolls, widely regarded as exceptional. Sourdough bread, almond croissants and classic croissants are also firm favourites. If you're after something fruity, the orange pastries and lemon tartlets are well worth trying. Brownies and semla round out the selection. Everything on offer is freshly made by hand — this is very much a craft operation, not a conveyor belt.
