The heart of the bakery is its own production: freshly baked bread and pastries, ensaimadas in classic as well as chocolate- and cream-filled versions, empanadas — including the much-praised chicken variety — and traditional Mallorcan specialities such as coca de trampó, cocarroi, and savoury flatbreads topped with pimientos or onions and goat's cheese. Filled rolls are prepared fresh to order, and any pastry not held in stock can be pre-ordered.
