Craft & Range
Bread and pastries are made fresh by hand every day. The bread selection includes several varieties of the classic Mallorcan country loaf — white and dark pan pagès, hogazas, and baguettes. The llonguets are a particular highlight, and come in a squid-ink variety as well. On the patisserie side, you'll find handmade ensaimadas — including cream and burnt-cream fillings — seasonal treats such as the rosca de reyes, and cakes including a white chocolate gateau and a sugar-free carrot cake.

The bread stays beautifully crisp hours after purchase and is clearly baked from scratch rather than par-baked. Prices are remarkably fair, and the value for money is consistently one of the things that stands out most about this place.
Service & Orders
The staff are friendly and attentive. Larger ensaimadas or orders for special occasions can be arranged in advance; for last-minute requests — such as a rosca de reyes on 5th January — it's worth giving them a ring. For special orders, placing your request the day before gives the team time to prepare everything properly. The bakery also offers a delivery service as well as takeaway.
