Description

Parque General Riera is a children's playground with green spaces in the Nord district of Palma, built on the former site of the Clínica Rotger.

A Playground with History

Where the well-known Clínica Rotger once stood from 1944 to 1990, there is now a spacious children's playground. A commemorative plaque in the park honours the clinic's founder, Ramón Rotger Moner (1910–1981). The site features slides, swings, a castle-themed play area, and zones separated by age group.

Shade, Benches and a Bar

Trees cast shade over much of the play equipment and seating areas. Benches invite adults to sit and relax, whether in the sun or the shade. A bar with a terrace sits right within the park, offering a great vantage point to keep an eye on the children. A drinking fountain is also available.

Location & Getting There

The park is located at Carrer del General Riera 9 in the Nord neighbourhood of Palma (07003). An accessible entrance is available.
