Campomar makes everything in-house: Ensaimadas, Empanadas, Cocarrois, Coca de Trempó, Robiols and Panellets are all prepared on-site following traditional Mallorcan recipes. The Ensaimada: Order Ahead

The homemade Ensaimadas are the pride of the house. To be sure of getting one, it's best to order at least a day in advance — a notice in the shop even suggests two days. If you'd like to take an Ensaimada home with you at the end of your holiday, you can pre-order one for a Sunday collection, too.
