Pastelería Cirer Blanquerna is a patisserie and bakery in Palma that brings together Argentine and Mallorcan baking traditions under one roof.

Two baking cultures, one bakery

The range spans Mallorcan tradition and Argentine bakery culture in equal measure. On the Mallorcan side you'll find ensaimadas — including versions filled with angel hair and cream — alongside coca. On the Argentine side sit the classics: medialunas, alfajores, empanadas and pebetes. The selection is rounded out with medialunas filled with dulce de leche and croissants with a pistachio filling. Everything is freshly baked and made in-house.
