Pastelería Viñaza is a traditional bakery and confectionery in the Llevant district of Palma.

Craft & Selection

Bread, pastries and sweet treats are all made in-house — entirely artisanal, as the loyal regulars will readily confirm. The range covers both savoury and sweet: bocadillos and empanadas sit alongside ensaimadas, croissants, bizcochos and a meringue-dulce de leche cake. Particularly celebrated are the ensaimadas in a variety of flavours — chocolate, walnut and cream — as well as the roscón de reyes, for which some customers have been making the trip for decades.
