Founded by master pastry chef Pedro Ramis Amengual, Pastisseria Ramis is a long-established family business. In Llucmajor it's affectionately known as the "forn des jardinet" — named after the small circular square on which it sits. The range revolves around traditional Mallorcan baked goods: ensaimadas (including cream and chocolate varieties), croissants, Mallorcan bread, cocarrois, panades and merengues all feature, alongside both sweet and savoury pastries.
