Platja des Traves is a sandy beach in Port de Sóller on the north-west coast of Mallorca, sitting right alongside the harbour.

The beach is made up of fine sand and sits in a sheltered bay with shallow, calm water — conditions that make for relaxed swimming and are particularly well suited to families with children. The views across the bay towards the Serra de Tramuntana provide a stunning natural backdrop. The light is especially beautiful in the late afternoon, and the sunsets here are a firm favourite with visitors.
