Description

Porcelleta Negra Mallorquina is a farm in Son Serra de Marina that rears black suckling pigs using extensive free-range methods, selling them directly on site and through a delivery service.

From the woodland to the table

The farm follows the principles of extensive agriculture: the piglets are born on the finca's own woodland and feed on whatever the local landscape provides — carob pods, figs, strawberry-tree fruits, grass and acorns. A herd of 150 pedigree sows roams freely across more than 180 hectares. The result is the "porcelleta negra mallorquina", slow-roasted in the oven according to the traditions of Mallorcan cooking.

Restaurant & delivery service

There is a restaurant on site serving the farm's own suckling pigs. If you would rather eat at home, you can have your porcelleta delivered — the farm runs a daily delivery service for both lunch and dinner, with every order prepared fresh and arriving ready-cooked and piping hot.
