The playground features swings, a climbing frame and a slide — covering all the essentials for younger children. There are pieces of equipment suited to different age groups, with children up to around ten years old particularly well catered for.
Sun & Shade — Worth Knowing
The playground sits in full sun throughout the morning and into the early afternoon, with very little shade to speak of. The slide and the nest swing — the latter made from black plastic — get extremely hot in strong sunshine. If you're visiting in summer, it's well worth planning your trip for the later afternoon hours.
