Description
Puerto Calanova is a marina in the Sant Agustí district near Palma, offering berths for yachts alongside a wide range of watersports and dining options.
Watersports & Activities
There's a brilliant variety of things to do on the water: kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, windsurfing, sailing, jet skiing, flyboarding, hydrofoil, and small motorboat hire are all on offer. In Spain, you can hire a motorboat without a licence — four hours is plenty of time to explore the nearby coves and swimming spots to the west. Catamaran hire and guided kayak tours are also available, and during the summer a sailing camp runs for children and young people.
Restaurant & Bar
The harbourside restaurant and bar, with its terrace and sea views, is a firm favourite at the marina. The food, drinks and the stunning outlook over the harbour and sea are consistently praised as highlights. Afternoon tapas get a special mention. During the week the atmosphere is calm and relaxed, whilst weekends tend to draw a livelier crowd.
Marina & Berths
Puerto Calanova is a well-kept, modern marina. The facility includes a boat fuelling station, and the harbour has a friendly, family-orientated feel — a genuinely peaceful and laid-back place to be.
Location & Getting Here
The marina is situated on Avinguda de Joan Miró 327, in the Ponent neighbourhood of Sant Agustí, close to Cala Major. Both free and paid parking are available on site, and free on-street parking can be found nearby. The entrance and car park are fully accessible.
