Three Venues, Three Personalities

Under the Punxuat Grup umbrella sit three independent establishments that complement one another beautifully: the cocktail bar Gibson, the restaurant and live music venue Mojito, and Bar Mónaco. Each speaks to a different crowd — or the same crowd on different occasions.

Gibson: Classic Style on Plaça del Mercat

Gibson is a cocktail bar right in the heart of Palma, set on Plaça del Mercat alongside the Passeig del Born. The bar opened in 2005 and has been a firm fixture of the city's social scene ever since. Its classic interior is reminiscent of an old Parisian bar, with a Toulouse-Lautrec mural created by local artist Biel Bover and gilded mirrors by Mallorcan artists adorning the walls. The Dry Martini is the undisputed star of the menu.

Mojito: Sea Views and Live Music

Mojito is a restaurant with live music sitting directly on the Palma Beach promenade. Its terrace with sea views is the perfect spot to enjoy a Sangria after a day on the beach, and as the sun goes down, live music sets the mood for the evening. The venue is particularly well known for its impressive cocktail selection — with the namesake Mojito leading the way.
