RAGÚ' is a small Italian restaurant in Colònia de Sant Jordi, run by a couple from Bologna who put handmade pasta at the heart of everything they do.

Cooking from Bologna

The sign on the wall says it all: "Spaghetti Bolognese doesn't exist." Owners Luca and Rita are from Bologna and cook to the standards of their home city. The focus is on handmade pasta — prepared fresh every day. Expect tagliatelle, tortellini, tortelloni balanzoni, ravioli, lasagne, and truffle pasta. Tiramisù rounds things off. If you're after fresh, authentically Bolognese cooking, you're in the right place — if you're expecting a long menu, perhaps not.
