Service & how it all works

Bikes are adjusted to each rider's height, and the team will walk you through how to use an e-bike before you set off. If you'd like, Sancho can deliver bikes directly to your hotel and collect them afterwards — including vehicle transport for longer distances. If you get a puncture, simply send your location via WhatsApp and a replacement will be brought to you promptly on the spot. Online reservations are also available.
