Bonanza is firmly focused on grilled meat: beef steak, entrecôte, fillet steak and T-bone are all cooked to your preferred doneness and come out beautifully tender. For something a little special, the fillet steak on a hot stone is cooked right at your table. Portions are generous — particularly when it comes to the meat dishes.
