Creative cooking with local ingredients

Peter's cooking is inventive and seasonal: the menu changes regularly and focuses on fresh, locally sourced ingredients — some grown in their own garden. The dishes surprise with unusual flavour combinations and careful presentation. If you'd like, you can ask to have several dishes from the menu served in smaller portions as individual courses.
