Es Bergant is a Mediterranean fish restaurant right on the harbour in Portopetro, on the south-east coast of Mallorca.

The star of the menu is paella — from seafood paella and fish paella to black paella and the blind seafood paella. Fresh fish and seafood take centre stage throughout: hake, sea bass, squid, octopus, mussels and whitebait are all firm fixtures. Stuffed mussels (tigres) and tapas such as dates wrapped in bacon also feature.
