The heart of the kitchen is the handmade pasta: tagliatelle, ravioli and carbonara are all prepared fresh and are consistently the most praised element on the plate. Truffle dishes — the truffle pasta above all — also stand out time and again. Alongside the pasta, the fresh fish impresses just as much: turbot, tuna steak and fish filleted at the table are among the highlights.
