Cuisine & Concept
The restaurant is the work of head chef Roland Schulte, who lent it his name and has been part of Mallorca's culinary scene for over 20 years. Before opening his own place in 2011, he worked at La Reserva Rotana in Manacor and Cap Vermell in Canyamel, among others. The menu is built around seasonal market produce and fresh fish from local fishermen, and changes regularly. Alongside the main menu, daily specials broaden the choice further. Dishes are paired with wines from Mallorcan and international vineyards.
Highlights on the Plate
Fish and seafood take centre stage: sea bass, tuna, ceviche, prawns, scallops and octopus all feature prominently. The truffle pasta is another dish that draws consistent praise. The kitchen also sends out an amuse-bouche, and a great deal of care goes into the presentation of every plate.
