Can Canals has been championing traditional Mallorcan cooking since 1992, refining its approach over the decades with modern techniques. The focus is firmly on local, seasonal produce — including lemons and figs grown in the estate's own garden. The kitchen blends homegrown roots with genuine artisanal care.
Rice dishes, meat & more
The rice dishes are a real calling card: paella in several varieties alongside other rice creations consistently draw high praise. The steaks — including Black Angus and T-bone cuts — are among the most popular mains, as are the house-made croquettes, celebrated for their creamy filling and varied flavours. Rounding out the menu are dishes such as brioche with salmon, salt-cod buñuelos and cocas. The estate's own olive oil is also available to take home.
