Can Manolo is all about fresh fish and seafood prepared with real craft. Dishes that keep drawing people back include seafood paella, sole, calamari, seafood platters and grilled squid. Mallorcan classics such as tumbet also feature on the menu. To get things started, complimentary bread and aioli are brought to the table — the aioli in particular is something to look forward to. The kitchen also sends out little amuse-bouches, perhaps bite-sized fried morsels or croquettes. Portions are generous throughout.
