The heart of the kitchen is an open charcoal grill, fired up right in the dining room, where cuts such as rump steak, chuletón, beef fillet, suckling pig, secreto and black pork are cooked to order. Alongside the meat, the menu features fresh fish and seafood: sea bass, salt-crusted sea bream, lobster paella, garlic lobster and seafood paella.
