Marisol is all about Mediterranean cooking with a clear emphasis on fresh fish and seafood. Paella — whether the seafood or mixed variety — is one of the most popular dishes on the menu. You'll also find fideua (noodles with seafood), sea bass baked in a salt crust, grilled John Dory, cuttlefish, calamares and mussels. A multi-course set menu, including water, Mallorcan wine and a choice of dessert and coffee, is available too. The kitchen team is happy to go the extra mile for special requests — turbot has been specially sourced and prepared on request.
