The charcoal grill takes centre stage: beef fillet, ribeye, entrecôte, lamb shoulder and meat skewers are all prepared over it, with the open grill very much part of the experience. From the sea side of the menu, expect grilled sea bass, mixed fish grill platters with squid, salmon, mussels and king prawns. The paella — available in several versions, including seafood — is one of the most celebrated dishes on offer. Home-made aioli and olives round things off nicely, and portions are generously sized.
