RUSFIT SPORTCENTER is spread across three floors, with zones organised by muscle group. The first floor houses cardio, abs, stretching and a terrace; the Noble floor is dedicated to glutes, cross-training and two separate leg areas. The equipment selection includes machines from FitLand and Bodytone — covering both plate-loaded and isotonic options. For strength-focused training, there is a deadlift platform and a combined squat and bench press competition rack in the cross-training area. An outdoor space is used for classes, including sessions on the rooftop terrace. Rounding things off, there is a cafeteria serving snacks and drinks, plus a corner stocked with sports supplements.

Tennis & Padel

The centre includes both padel and tennis courts. Padel coaching is available, including for complete beginners.
