You'll taste local wines made from native grape varieties, accompanied by Mallorcan produce such as sobrasada, olives, cheese, trampó, pa amb oli and the estate's own olive oil. Tastings take place on the terrace or directly amongst the vines, with views across the surrounding mountains.

Where is the winery located?
It is an old agricultural estate in Binissalem, Mallorca. It belongs to the Codolá Bonet family, which has historical ties to the island’s agricultural sector.
How are the grapes handled before fermentation?
The grapes are harvested by hand, transported to the winery in 12 kg crates and kept in cold storage for at least twelve hours to prevent unwanted oxidation. After destemming, they are transferred to a tank for fermentation.
