Sadhana Works is a yoga studio in the Old Town of Palma, bringing together Kundalini Yoga, Vinyasa, Qigong, Sound Healing and workshops under the roof of a School of Consciousness.

Classes & Offerings

The programme at Sadhana Works covers Kundalini Yoga, Vinyasa, Bowspring, Qigong, and meditation and breathwork. The weekly timetable is complemented by workshops, retreats and Sound Healing sessions. If you can't make it in person, you're welcome to join Mariana Harpreet's classes online. Tuition is delivered in English and Spanish.

School of Consciousness

Sadhana Works operates as a Kundalini Yoga hub and School of Consciousness. It was founded by Dr Mariana Harpreet Salinas, who holds a doctorate in Modern Literature alongside certifications as a meditation teacher, therapist and Kundalini Yoga master. The teaching team also includes Isabelle (Kundalini Yoga), Jill (Vinyasa), Esther (Bowspring) and María del Mar (Sound & Energy Work). The studio also organises Sat Nam Rasayan trainings and multi-day retreats.
