SAT Macho is the official Samsung and Nevir customer service centre for home appliances in Palma.
Authorised service for home appliances
As an official service partner, SAT Macho carries out repairs and installations on Samsung, Nevir and Küppersbusch home appliances. The service covers both in-warranty and out-of-warranty appliances. For devices still within their warranty period, the team coordinates the necessary approvals — with Samsung Madrid, for example — before any repair work begins. Original spare parts are also stocked and sold on-site.
Technician service & how it works
The technicians are punctual, explain each step of the repair process clearly, and offer advice on how to care for your appliances and keep them running longer. Repairs are completed promptly; once a required part arrives, a second technician visit is arranged to finish the job. Installation of larger appliances such as fridges, washing machines, tumble dryers, ovens and hobs is also available on request.
