Restaurant Sebastian is a family-run Mediterranean restaurant in the mountain village of Deià, established in 1994.
Kitchen & Menu
The kitchen focuses on seasonal dishes and trusted classics, prepared with ingredients from regional suppliers and Mallorca's seasonal produce. Freshly baked bread, spelt bread with lemon butter, and amuse-bouches are firm fixtures. Dishes that stand out time and again include lamb, duck, turbot, foie gras, octopus, and tuna tartare. The dessert selection and wine pairings — including Mallorcan wines — reflect the same care that runs through everything here. Vegetarian options are available, and on request the team is happy to put together dishes that aren't on the menu.
Atmosphere
The restaurant welcomes guests into an air-conditioned dining room full of historic character, as well as a sweeping lemon garden. The garden terrace looks out over the valley and the surrounding mountains. Indoors and out, the experience is shaped by an intimate, warm atmosphere — soft lighting and thoughtful décor throughout.
