Restaurant Sebastian is a family-run Mediterranean restaurant in the mountain village of Deià, established in 1994.

The kitchen focuses on seasonal dishes and trusted classics, prepared with ingredients from regional suppliers and Mallorca's seasonal produce. Freshly baked bread, spelt bread with lemon butter, and amuse-bouches are firm fixtures. Dishes that stand out time and again include lamb, duck, turbot, foie gras, octopus, and tuna tartare. The dessert selection and wine pairings — including Mallorcan wines — reflect the same care that runs through everything here.
