Selva Vins is a family-run winery in Selva producing natural wines from native Mallorcan grape varieties.

Natural Wines from Native Varieties

At the heart of Selva Vins are single-varietal natural wines made exclusively from autochthonous Mallorcan grape varieties — including some very old varieties native to the island. The wines are crafted with minimal intervention, resulting in characterful, distinctive bottles that clearly reflect the personality of each grape variety and harvest. Alongside the wines, the winery also offers pa amb oli and homemade ice cream.

Tastings & Visits

Visitors to the winery can take part in wine tastings and learn a great deal about natural wine and Mallorcan grape varieties. The team recommends booking an appointment in advance so there's plenty of time for questions and an unhurried conversation. As well as day visits, the Gargo Wine Room offers the chance to stay overnight right on the estate.
