The Wines

Serres de Llevant produces four wines — Negre, Blanc, Rosad and 2Raims — alongside an Oli d'Oliva Extra Verge. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand and grown in the area around Felanitx in the south-east of the island, specifically in the small coastal mountain range surrounding the Puig de Sant Salvador and the Puig de Santueri. The winery describes its approach as "natural, pure" — wines that don't taste like mainstream blends and aren't available in regular supermarkets. You can also order the wine for delivery to Germany.

Wine Tasting & Private Dining

The heart of the experience is a private tasting, typically featuring three wines accompanied by snacks such as bread, fresh goat's cheese, cured ham and olives. If you fancy something more substantial, the tasting can be combined with a freshly made paella or other dishes; multi-course dinner evenings are also an option. Everything takes place in a relaxed, intimate setting on the finca, with a terrace overlooking the garden. Lars is also happy to come to a hired finca for group bookings.

The winery is located at Carrer de ses Coves d'es Vicari 15 in Santanyí. If you'd like to try the wines before booking a tasting, you can catch Lars Dubbick most weekends at the Santanyí market, where he runs a small stall.
