Josep Joan, a passionate angler and grill cook, describes his approach as "honest, sustainable, and always over the embers". Fire is at the heart of everything: every dish is prepared on the grill, giving the food a distinctive smoky character. Seasonal produce is selected personally each day. The menu stretches from dry-aged beef to fresh fish and seafood — including squid, Virrey, red prawns, langoustines, tuna belly, and sole. Tomatoes from the kitchen garden and other fresh ingredients shape the cooking. The smoked butter served with the bread tends to leave a lasting impression on diners.
