The kitchen at S'Hort de Ca'n Blai is rooted in traditional Mallorcan cooking, with dishes prepared from ingredients grown on-site or sourced locally. Pa amb oli – the classic bread with olive oil – is served here as a tasting plate with pancetta, pork loin, sobrasada and camaiot. Alongside that, you'll find dishes such as vegetable coca, arroz de pescado, arròs brut and porcella. The house-made bizcocho with sweet sobrasada also comes highly recommended.
