Vinyasa practice with purpose and direction

Vinyasa is at the heart of everything here. Each class is built around a theme and works towards a new pose, with modifications for beginners and extra challenges for more experienced practitioners. No two sessions are ever the same.

Indoors and in the open air

Alongside studio classes, outdoor Vinyasa sessions take place at Parque Can Arabi in Binissalem — 90-minute sessions that bring the practice into nature.

Private and family sessions

As well as group classes, private sessions are available, including for families — and for visitors who are only on the island for a short while.
