The beef is aged in-house, ground to order and pressed flat on a scorching hot griddle — creating that signature caramelised crust with a juicy centre. The bun is a homemade Coca de Patata, a potato bread baked to their own recipe that gives the burger a noticeably different texture from the usual brioche. Sauces are used with restraint, letting the quality of the meat and the bun take centre stage. The menu includes the "Calama" burger as well as a pulled pork burger. Chips and sweet potato crisps are also on offer, and a meal deal with a side and drink is available.
