Son Cànaves is an organic farm in Llucmajor, producing and selling traditional certified organic products on its finca in the Marina de Llucmajor.

From the Farm to Your Table

The star of Son Cànaves is the sobrassada — one of the specialities the farm is particularly well known for. Alongside it, the farm produces botifarrons, sheep's cheese, yoghurt and brossat, as well as olive oil and olives from Valldemossa. Every product carries full organic certification.

Location & Getting There

The farm sits along the country lane Camí de Son Cànaves o de s'Algar (Pol 7 Par 43), outside Llucmajor. The track leading to the finca is in poor condition, so a sturdy vehicle can be a real advantage. A visit isn't something you can simply turn up for — if you'd like to come in person, it's well worth getting in touch beforehand via soncanaves.com, as the gate may be closed to unannounced visitors.
