Terranostra is far more than a place to do the weekly shop. Founded in 2020, it is a consumer co-operative with more than 600 members — and the owners are the shoppers themselves. The model is democratic and transparent, and members receive discounts on every product in the store.

Organic, local and packaging-free

The range focuses on agroecological, local and fairly traded produce, and Terranostra works with 75 local suppliers. Fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables from nearby growers sit alongside organic nuts, muesli and grain products. A standout feature is the packaging-free section, where you can refill your own containers and buy loose goods — the shop actively avoids single-use plastic. Products from the Tot Herba brand are also stocked.
