The Palms is a private holiday villa in Can Singala, Puerto Pollença, with its own outdoor pool and three bedrooms sleeping up to six guests.
The Villa
Built in 2018, The Palms offers three bedrooms set apart from the living and kitchen areas, giving everyone plenty of space. Finishes and furnishings are of a high standard throughout — from bed linen and towels to a fully equipped kitchen. On arrival, guests are greeted with a generous welcome hamper including wine, water, beer, juice, milk and bread.
Pool & Outdoor Space
The centrepiece of the villa is the expansive private pool, which is heated in spring and autumn. Generous terraces, comfortable outdoor seating and a wraparound garden complete the outdoor living space.
Location & Surroundings
The villa sits in Can Singala, just 100 metres from the sea and the Pine Walk. Restaurants, bars and small supermarkets are all within easy walking distance, and there is private parking on the property.

There is a private 12m x 5m pool, gated south-facing grounds and a private roof terrace with views of the Tramuntana Mountains.
What equipment is provided in the kitchen and laundry area?
The kitchen includes a Tassimo coffee machine, filtered tap water, a beverage fridge and a microwave. There is also a washing machine in the exterior laundry area.
Is there air conditioning, heating and wireless internet?
The villa has air conditioning, underfloor heating for winter use and 1000mb wireless internet.
