Thommy's Quads is a quad tour operator based in Palma, running guided rides through the island's interior, along coastal routes, through charming villages and across off-road terrain.
What to expect
The tours take you through wonderfully varied terrain — tarmac stretches give way to off-road sections, winding through the hinterland, sleepy villages and woodland tracks all the way to the coast. Hidden coves for a swim are part of the experience, and your guide brings snorkelling gear along for the ride. Formats on offer include a Sunset Tour and a Cross Quad Tour, which is perfectly manageable even if you've never sat on a quad before. The quads themselves are well maintained and straightforward to handle with no prior experience needed.
Guides & group atmosphere
Tours run in small groups, giving the whole thing a pleasantly personal feel. Guides — including Jan and Jean-Paul — are happy to tweak the route to suit your preferences, offer drinks and sun cream along the way, and can take photos of you during the ride. A return transfer to your hotel is available after the tour, and bookings can be made via WhatsApp.
Golden hour on two wheels
The Sunset Tour is a firm favourite: it winds up to viewpoints that look out over the setting sun, combining sweeping panoramic views with a proper off-road adventure. Drinks at the final stop are included.
