Fish dishes are equally a highlight: cod, sea bream, squid, octopus and further seafood feature prominently throughout. Meat lovers are also well catered for, with lamb and beef fillet on offer. A good aioli ties everything together. If you fancy specific Mallorcan specialities, it's worth placing your order at least a day in advance.
