Torre Desbrull is a medieval tower in Pollença, tucked within a small park not far from the former convent of Sant Domingo.

A last remnant of the Desbrull family

The square tower is the sole surviving remnant of an estate belonging to the Desbrull (also known as Brull) family. Built in the 14th century, it features a remarkable canopied window. There is no way to get a sense of the interior — the tower is not accessible from the inside. A cannon stands in front of the tower, forming part of the ensemble.

Park, statue & surroundings

The tower stands in the Jardí de Joan March, directly opposite the old church that now houses the Pollença Museum. The park is home to ancient trees — including olive trees and cypresses — as well as a fountain and a statue of Joan Más. It's a lovely spot to linger in the shade.
