The process at Torrenova is designed to be hassle-free: collection and return run smoothly, the paperwork and handover are explained clearly, and everything is wrapped up quickly. If you're waiting at your hotel, they'll come and collect you — and drop you back again after you return the car. There's no limit on mileage.

Vehicles & insurance

The fleet includes compact cars such as the Fiat 500, Fiat Panda and Opel Corsa, as well as larger options including an eight-seater van. Fully comprehensive insurance is available as an add-on. Booking online works out cheaper than walking in at the Magaluf office, so it's worth sorting in advance.

Airport returns & other locations

Alongside the main office in Magaluf (Calviá), Torrenova operates pick-up points at Palma de Mallorca Airport and Palma Harbour. Dropping the car off at the airport car park is possible, though an additional charge applies for airport returns.
